MAURICE WOODEN

Mr. Wooden is the former President of Wynn Las Vegas, LLC, owner and operator of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the properties. He assumed this position in February 2013. On February 7, 2018, Mr. Wooden was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited, a majority owned subsidiary of Wynn Resorts, Limited.  Prior to joining Wynn Las Vegas, Mr. Wooden served as President and COO of the Golden Nugget.  He has been a pillar of class and accomplishments for over 25 years in various departments in the gaming industry and Las Vegas community. He has held executive posts as President of the Wynn Las Vegas, LLC, Vice President of Casino Marketing at the Mirage and Senior Vice President of Operations at Beau Rivage in Biloxi.
