Tomorrow’s Stars Foundation has partnered with Veterans Village Las Vegas, Fremont Middle School and Roy Middle School to launch Operation Valentine: “Be My Veteran.”
Operation Valentine is a student writing project in which students attending Fremont and Roy Middle Schools write Valentine’s notes of love and appreciation to veterans in the community on Military Appreciation postcards provided by the NBA Summer League. In addition, t-shirts were created and provided to The “Be My Veteran” Valentines was distributed to hundreds of Veterans living at Veterans Village Las Vegas.
